Over a 35 year corporate career with senior executive positions and international assignments I observed how cruel the corporate world can be to employees. Many companies tout that their employees are their greatest asset yet their actions say otherwise.  I learned that it’s up to the individual to take control of their career and not rely on their employer.

Today, as a franchise owner of The Entrepreneur’s Source I have the opportunity to help many people like you find success through small business ownership.

In consultation with you I take time to understand your current situation, figure out what you want to achieve at this stage of your career and present possibilities you may not have realized were available to you. Then, empowering you through education, I help you discover how franchise business ownership can transform your life.
